Teaching, training and courses

Teaching and training are core businesses in the Department of Radiotherapy. This varies from giving lectures to offering positions for training, internships and (junior) residencies.

Medical Training

You can study Medicine at the Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre. Radiotherapy is one of the subjects of the curriculum and you can even choose to spend your junior residency on the department.

Training / Courses for nurses

The Department of Radiotherapy offers internships for nurses wanting to obtain In depth knowledge about medical care during radiotherapy.

Course for radiation technologist

The Department of Radiotherapy in the Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre offers the possibility to pass an internship as part of the 4-year full-time training “Medical imaging and radiotherapy techniques” (MBRT fulltime).

Course for researchers

Thee radiobiology group offers internships for students from different studies as a part of their Bachelor or Master training.
